Landmark Pointe - Gray, Georgia

Landmark Pointe is a 34 acre master development site in Gray, Georgia. We are currently building Suds Bucket car wash, Scooter’s Coffee, and Rancher’s gas and convenience store. There are multiple sites available for future commercial facilities.

We will be moving 140,000 yards of dirt, installing water and sewer utilities, as well as installing the road systems to service this site.

Suds Bucket will be a tunnel car wash with 20 vacuum stalls.

Scooter’s Coffee will be both drive thru and walk up style.

The current project development site is projected to be completed in 16 months time. We look forward to assembling a project of this size.
