Massana Construction Ground Breaking - Newnan, GA.

November 14th - Landmark Construction & Development broke ground on Massana Construction’s corporate headquarters in Newnan, Georgia.

Massana is a successful heavy civil and highway contractor with offices in Georgia, Texas, and Washington. The company constructs heavy highway and civil projects for public owners in multiple states. This corporate headquarters will sit on 20 acres featuring three buildings: a 13,200 square foot maintenance shop with office and meeting space, a 12,000 square foot warehouse facility, and a corporate office building made up of 4,500 square feet.

Massana leadership staff and shareholders, lending bank, Newnan Economic & Development as well as Landmark staff was in attendance at the ground breaking.

This project is projected to be completed in 15 months. Landmark is excited to partner with Massana Construction for their headquarters build out.
